What You Get
The winner will receive a Standard Exhibit: Showcase package valued at $850.
This package featuring a six-foot table with tablecloth and two chairs, space for products and promotional materials, inclusion in the event directory, promotion across all media platforms, and the opportunity to connect directly with attendees, boost brand awareness, and share samples or information about your services.

By entering the Wave Wellness & Beauty Expo Free Booth Giveaway, you agree to the following terms:
Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the United States, 18 years or older, representing a business in the beauty, wellness, or holistic industry.
Entry Deadline: All entries must be received by August 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST.
Prize: One (1) winner will receive a Standard Exhibit: Showcase package valued at $850, which includes electric. Prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be exchanged for other goods or services.
Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random on September 1, 2025 and notified via email. If the winner does not respond within 5 business days, a new winner will be selected.
Event Participation: The winner must be available to exhibit at the Wave Wellness & Beauty Expo on September 21, 2025 at the Hilton in Melville, NY. Standard exhibitor rules and regulations apply.
Promotion: By entering, you consent to your business name, logo, and likeness being used in promotional materials related to the Expo without additional compensation.
Limitations: The Expo organizers are not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or circumstances beyond their control that may prevent participation.
